WH/PAGA Associate | El Segundo, CA | $120,000 - $220,000 DOE
A highly regarded plaintiff-side employment firm in El Segundo, California is seeking an outstanding, California licensed Associate Attorney (approximately 2-6 years of experience) with employment litigation experience. The practice focuses primarily on wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters, with some individual employment cases, including wrongful termination and FEHA claims. Candidates with plaintiff-side or defense backgrounds, as well as general civil litigators with transferable experience, are encouraged to apply.
The salary range for this El Segundo position is $120,000 - $220,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant), and other job-related factors. This position may be eligible for annual merit raises and a discretionary year-end bonus. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, and relocation assistance may be available.
